McKinsey’s 2017 report ‘Reinventing Construction: A Route to Higher Productivity‘ cited that global labour-productivity growth in construction has averaged only 1 percent a year over the past two decades, compared with growth of 2.8 percent for the total world economy and 3.6 percent in manufacturing.
This ILM Level 5 qualification is designed to provide upcoming and practicing managers with the essential knowledge and skills to implement lean techniques in support of productivity improvement across construction sector organisations and project teams.
