It does not guarantee that a member will contact you and cannot guarantee the level of service you should receive. NFB members are professional builders who meet the NFB code of conduct, which is only applicable once a contract has been formed (formal or verbal) between a client and an NFB member.
***NFB is a federation of unincorporated and incorporated independent businesses. Any contract (formal or verbal) formed following the use of the NFB Find a Contractor Service is limited to the contract between the client and NFB member.
