Membership Engagement Manager


Full time role based at our Preston office.

Job purpose

* Account management the membership to ensure they receive the best product and service from the NFB. This will be delivered through exceptional leadership of the membership services team, ensuring all members are on boarded and receive a high level of engagement
* All services must be managed, providing excellent value, regular tendering and value measurement of all services
* The membership should receive dedicated events and meetings, with relevant, valued content. The events should be promoted well in advance to members, administered to recognised professional standards and delivered within the commercial requirements of the NFB
* The role, part of the management team, requires P&L reporting and delivery to the commercial director
