What is included in the course fee?
The course fee includes all trainer and venue costs, the provision of full course documentation (including an attendance certificate) and examination fees if applicable. In addition, unless expressly excluded, lunch and refreshments on arrival, mid morning and mid afternoon are also included. (return to top of page >>)
Where are the training events held?
NFB Training operates nationally and events are held at various locations throughout the country. Are you able to offer courses in-house?
Looking to lift the performance of groups of people - 5 or more? We can deliver our open programme ‘in-house’ to your employees - or onsite if appropriate. These courses can be lightly tailored or heavily customised depending on your exact requirements, and can often be the most cost effective solution. How do I reserve my place?

How do I pay?
Cheque – Send a cheque (made payable to the National Federation of Builders) together with your booking form, and your booking will be confirmed together with a receipted invoice.
Credit card payments - Simply ask one of the training team or complete the relevant section on the booking form and we will securely process your card details. Once the transaction is processed we will issue you with a confirmation and receipted invoice.
Raise an invoice - Simply complete the booking form and request an invoice in the appropriate section. The course administrator will contact you to confirm your booking.

What happens if I wish to cancel my booking?
Refunds (less a 30% administration charge) will be made for all cancellations received in writing by course administrator not later than two weeks prior to the date of the event. No refund is available for cancellations made within the two weeks prior to the event. However delegates may be substituted in order to avoid cancellation at any time prior to the event. Can I make a provisional booking?
All places are allocated on a first come first served basis. Provisional bookings can be made and will be held for seven days. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of payment. (return to top of page >>)
Do you arrange accommodation at the hotel where the event is being held?
We ask that delegates take responsibility for making their own accommodation arrangements, however, details and a contact number for the venue’s hotel can be provided on request. Details of preferential accommodation rates, if they are available, will be provided to you upon confirmation of your booking. (return to top of page >>)
What time do the courses usually begin and conclude?
Timings for individual courses can vary. We suggest that delegates arrive approximately 15 minutes before the published start time, the trainer will usually aim to conclude by the published end time but this may vary slightly depending on the course structure.
