The National Federation of Builders (NFB) is looking to strengthen its portfolio of business support offered to members aimed at meeting specific and relevant business challenges.
In order for the NFB to develop the right products, the NFB Business & Skills team want to work with members, and the wider SME construction industry, to identify the most pressing challenges facing their businesses and would like to understand how they are looking to grow and develop their business over the next three to five years. Whether those challenges are HR, leadership, finance or marketing based, the Business & Skills team would like to know.
Karen Dawes, head of business & skills at the NFB said:
“A greater understanding of members needs in this area will not only enable us to gain a greater insight of our membership, but it will help us to create bespoke packages of support tailored to what will best meet their business needs.”
In order to collate and gather this information, the NFB has created a short business growth and marketing survey. All entrants to take part in the survey will be asked if they would like to be entered into a prize draw with the winner receiving a £100 voucher to be used against any in-house training session delivered through the NFB.

No purchase is necessary but terms and conditions apply, to read the terms and conditions click here.
The survey closes at 23:59 on 4 May 2017.
