Regional Executive Boards (REBs)
As part of our constitution, the NFB has seven regional executive boards. Meetings take place throughout the year in all regions and matters arising are then fed into the national executive board, on which each regional chair has a seat, who govern the organisation. The NFB really is a federation of members, acting for members.
In addition to this, Local Association meetings are held on a regular basis. These give you the opportunity to influence the policies affecting your business, for instance employment conditions, wage rates, and representation to Government..
